Call for applications Erasmus+ KA131 grants for Student mobility, Teaching Staff mobility and Training Staff mobility from Ukraine

The University of Split holds Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (2021-2027).

 

Within the ERASMUS+ Project 2021-1-HR01-KA131-HED-000003747, the University of Split announces the Call for applications for awarding financial support to individual student and staff mobilities from Ukrainian universities. All activities supported within this call are coordinated and administered by the University of Split.

 

Submission of the applications of the Ukrainian students and staff for the mobility at the University of Split 

financed through Erasmus+ KA131

 

 

 

Please find below the information about the application process.

 

Who can participate? 

Students of all study levels and teaching staff from Ukrainian universities. 

 

The duration of the mobility period? 

Students: 

From 2 to 12 months

Staff:

2 days to 2 months (duration of mobility depends on the availability of funds and mobility programme)

Only physical mobility is eligible for funding.

 

What does KA131 grant at Croatian institution include? 

Students: 

KA131 grants at Croatian institutions include individual support in the monthly amount of 1050 eur. The grants for students of all study level include student card for subsidised meals.

Staff:

Individual support: till 14th day - 140 eur per day, from 15th day on – 98 eur.

Travel: will be additionally funded in accordance with the Erasmus+ Distance calculator 

 

How to apply? 

Send an email to erasmus@unist.hr including:

 

Students: Certificate of enrolment or transcript of records (up to now) or statement issued by the higher education institution or relevant bodies in Ukraine.

After we receive your email you will get further instructions for application through our online application platform.

 

Staff: Statement of employment (payrolls, employment contract) issued by the higher education institution or relevant bodies in Ukraine.

Prior to the mobility:

Beneficiaries from Ukraine can apply for Alien under temporary protection status, if applicable. You can do it in person at the nearest Police station or online.

PIN number (Croatian: OIB):

 

For all private individuals, both residents and non-residents, OIB (personal identification number) is a mandatory piece of information. In order to open non-resident bank account in Croatia, you are going to need PIN number. The University of Split can request the OIB on your behalf based on a power of attorney. The number is issued by the Croatian Tax Authority and is required for enrolment and/or opening a local bank account.

If you would like the University of Split to obtain your OIB on your behalf prior to your arrival, please send an email to erasmus@unist.hr and the following documents will be sent to you, along with the related instructions:

 

•           Power of Attorney to obtain OIB 

•           Request to determine and assign OIB

Which documents are relevant for application? 

Students:

1.     Certificate of enrolment or transcript of records (up to now) or statement issued by the higher education institution or relevant bodies in Ukraine.

2.     Learning Agreement (to be filled out and sent to erasmus@unist.hr)

3.     CV

4.     Proof of English language proficiency (Certificate of language schools or transcript of records or certificate of high school)

5.     Copy of Passport/ID

6.     Consent to Personal Data Processing

 

Staff:

1.     Statement of employment (payrolls, employment contract) issued by the higher education institution or relevant bodies in Ukraine.

2.     Mobility agreement for Training or Mobility agreement for Teaching (to be filled out and sent to erasmus@unist.hr)

3.     CV

4.     English Language Certificate

5.     Copy of Passport/ID

6.     Consent to Personal Data Processing

 

Which are the criteria for the selection of the applications of Ukrainian students and staff members? 

We will award all formally eligible applications (containing duly filled out application and containing all documents listed above), until the exhaustion of available funds. 

 

Application deadline

Students: Application deadline is 8 July 2022, 23:59 CET

Staff: open deadline, until the exhaustion of available funds. 

By submitting the application to this call, all applicants agree that the University of Split publishes their personal data on the web page within the selection procedures and further uses their personal data within the administration procedures and reporting.

 

Applications incomplete and/or received after the deadline will not be taken into account for the evaluation process.

 

 Eligibility period for student mobility:

academic year 2022/23 (till 7 July 2023)

 

Eligibility period for staff mobility:

Upon completed selection process till 7 July 2023
