European Researchers’ Nights
The European Researchers' Night, funded under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions (MSCA), is a Europe-wide public event to bring researchers closer to the general public, to showcase the diversity of science and its impact on citizens’ daily lives, and to stimulate interest in research careers, especially amongst young people.
The European Researchers' Night takes place every year, typically on the last Friday of the month of September. Any activity or event that boosts public awareness of the positive role of research in society – particularly among young people – is eligible for funding. These activities may include hands-on experiments, science shows, debates, workshops for children, science slams, etc.

Science Festival
Science festival is an event organized in Croatia since 2003., whose main goals are to increase public interest in science through dissemination of information about activities and ground breaking results in the science field, improve public perception of scientics, and to motivate young people to take part in research and pursuing new knowledge.
We are being born curious. Even as toddlers we were wondering why sky is blue and why is grass green. This curiosity produces contributing community members. Therefore, Science Fair is advocating and nurturing inherent curiosity in all stages of human lives.
Festival is being organized by University of Split, University of Zagreb, University of Rijeka, University of Zadar and University in Osijek in the cooperation with Technical Museum Nikola Tesla and British Coucil, under the high patronage of Ministry of Science and Education.
