"Aeronautics Space and Defence Deep Forum - Assets and opportunities for Croatia" at Faculty of Maritime Studies in Split

The DeepTech forum will take place May 25, starting at 2 p.m. at University of Split’s Faculty of Maritime Studies, organized by University of Split, the Faculty of Maritime Studies in Split, Starbust ltd. (Paris) and Đuro Đaković Group. Start-up and spin-off projects, based on developing space technologies, will be presented at the forum. EU countries’ investments in space technologies is important, and Croatia, as a young member, is only starting in this field. On this occasion, we would like to present young people, researchers from University of Split and University of Zagreb, who are developing hardware, software and fuels applicable in space programs, all of which can compete, in terms of their features, with products of the most developed countries.

Dignitaries from France and Sweden, as well as young researchers from Croatia will attend the forum. Introductory speeches are expected from prof. Dragan Ljutić Ph.D., University of Split’s rector; prof. Pero Vidana Ph.D., Faculty of Maritime studies’ dean; Sandra Budimir, CEO of StarBust, Marko Ćosić, President of Đuro Đaković Group’s management board, followed by other respected speakers.
