The international gathering - 16th Croatian Cochrane Symposium, titled "Modern Perspectives on Mental Health: Integrating Evidence-Based Medicine for Effective Healthcare," took place at School of Medicine.
Scientists and experts in various fields gathered to discuss ways to improve mental health care, such as designing faster access to care, use of new technologies, and providing psychosocial support in the community.
All who were present were addressed by prof. Dragan Ljutić Ph.D., University of Split’s Rector, Edita Maretić Dimlić from Split-Dalmatia County, prof. Katarina Vukojević Ph.D., School of Medicine’s Vice Dean, assoc. prof. Ljubo Znaor Ph.D., Advisor to KBC Split’s Director, assoc.prof.in midwifery, Diana Nonković, from Teaching Institute of Public Health, Slavica Kozina from MEFST’s Department of Psychological Medicine, and Irena Zakarija-Grković, Director of Cochrane Croatia.
