European University of the Seas Alliance (SEA-EU) is launching a new phase of higher education development with joint degree programs in English. These programs combine academic excellence, international mobility, and strong links with economy, representing the highest level of university internationalization.
Students enrolled in joint programs earn diplomas with high European added value, developing key competencies for today’s world: interculturality, interdisciplinarity, adaptability, and ability to work in complex systems.
Undergraduate Program: Sea-BluE - Education for Sustainable Blue Economy
Joint undergraduate program, Sustainable Blue Economy (Sea-BluE), focuses on stainable management of marine and coastal resources, as well as the development of innovative solutions within the economy.
The curriculum covers topics such as sustainable fisheries and aquaculture, marine environmental protection, maritime policy, ocean economy, and bioeconomy innovations. Special emphasis is placed on interdisciplinary projects and fieldwork, helping students develop analytical and practical skills needed to work in the public sector, international organizations, and private companies focused on sustainable use of marine resources.

MIPMAL: Port Management and Logistics of Future
The graduate program Port Management and Logistics (MIPMAL) addresses needs of global transport and logistics sector, undergoing intense digital and energy transition.
Developed in collaboration with Alliance’s port and industry partners, it covers port operations management, international logistics, digital platforms, supply chain optimization, and decarbonization processes in maritime transport. Mobility between partner universities provides students with direct insights into different models of port management and logistics systems within the European context.

The joint graduate program Sustainability Transition for Organisations and Resilience Management (STORM) is designed to educate experts capable of leading organizations through sustainable transition and managing risks in complex social and climatic conditions.
Focus areas include strategic planning, stakeholder management, organizational resilience, and climate adaptation, with particular emphasis on coastal and regional systems. The program combines theoretical models of systemic thinking with practical work on real case studies, developing competencies applicable in both public and private sectors.
