We invite all interested colleagues to apply for participation in Erasmus Staff Week for Librarians, which will take place at University of Algarve (Portugal), May 11-15, 2026.
The program is intended for professionals in fields of information and documentation sciences, including libraries, archives, and documentation centers, with a focus on exchanging practices, professional development, and international networking.
During Staff Week, participants will get acquainted with operations of UALG university libraries, take part in presentations and visits, exchange experiences, and explore the Algarve region, including city of Faro.
Participation and nominations:
Participation is open to staff with experience and a professional profile in librarianship, with required English language proficiency (level B1).
Each SEA-EU university can nominate up to 3 participants, and this mobility is financed through SEA-EU budget / Erasmus+ KA1.
