The call for applications for scientific research bilateral cooperation projects within the PHC "Cogito" program is ongoing. The Hubert Curien "Cogito" Partnership is a Croatian-French program in the field of science and technology, jointly implemented by our Ministry of Science and Education and French Embassy in Croatia, based on a Memorandum of Cooperation.
This program’s goal is to facilitate and develop high-quality scientific and technological cooperation between Croatian and French scientists working on joint scientific research projects.
The call is open to all higher education institutions and scientific research institutions of both Republic of Croatia and the French Republic and in covers all scientific fields.
Application deadline: June 30, 2026.
