Project "Student Digital HUB"

Split Entrepreneurship Center, in cooperation with the Student Entrepreneurship Incubator of the Faculty of Economics, is implementing the project "Student Digital HUB" with the aim of strengthening personal and professional development and youth competitiveness in the market, developing digital programs of non-formal learning. Also, by strengthening the capacity of young people in the higher education system, they are encouraged to get more involved in developing their local communities.

"Student Digital HUB" will provide training in the following areas:

● Digital skills with an emphasis on digital intelligence and literacy, use of digital tools in learning, virtual collaboration and programming languages

● Entrepreneurial skills with an emphasis on digital marketing, communication and presentation skills, sales skills and business negotiation, as well as writing project proposals and project management

● Personal development skills with an emphasis on leadership, teamwork, preparation for the job market, as well as techniques for generating and testing ideas.

Whole month of February is dedicated to "Digital Intelligence and Literacy", so students and young people, through a series of workshops, will be introduced to the world of data mining, data processing and visualizing, using Tableau software, as well as creating and managing You Tube channels.

All participants who finish training in a particular area will get a certificate of participation.

A detailed schedule of all trainings and activities will be available on the Student Entrepreneurship Incubator website.

The project is co-financed by the EU’s European Solidarity Corps and is implemented throughout 2021.
