Academy of Arts in Split - Department of Sculpture’s exhibition “K.I.P.” officially opened at the University Gallery "Vasko Lipovac"

The exhibition’s idea and goal are to promote quality sculptural work done at the Academy of Arts, and it is dedicated to man, his lack of moderation, enslavement, inability to understand the moment and especially transience.

For a long time, we have not had the opportunity to see so many generations of artists gathered in one place, also noted by the University of Split’s Rector, prof. Dragan Ljutić Ph.D. who, along with Head of University Gallery, Helena Trze Jakelić, and assist. prof. art. Robert Jozić, Head of Academy of Arts in Split’ Sculpture Department, greeted all those present, when he opened the exhibition.

We can proudly say that the University Gallery, located in the center of the Campus, is slowly but surely becoming the most productive exhibition space in Split, in terms of quality and number of exhibitions, and has a very strong impact on social trends.

The exhibition will remain open until August 5, and the Gallery resume its work after the summer break in September.
