The University of Split is getting ready for the new 2020/21 academic year

Adapting to the new circumstances caused by the COVID- 19 pandemic and respecting all the safety measures, physical classes at the University of Split will begin on September 28th.
On September 3, the Rector's Collegium was held, followed by the University of Split Health Committee. During the meeting, they shared guidance in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.

The determination of the maximum number of students who can enroll in a course, seminars, and exercises will be made in accordance with the specific criteria of each department and available places, as well as with the available funds. 

“The University of Split will provide two reusable face covering to each student. All students are required to wear a face covering in common use areas of University buildings. Teamed with the epidemiologists at the Teaching Institute of Public Health of Split-Dalmatia County, the University of Split has decided to give the students a great education during the implementation of all measures, such as the measurement of body temperature, disinfection of hands, wearing face covering and social distancing. The University of Split will organize a health information center on campus to meet the students and employers with all relevant information related to the COVID-19 pandemic and testing, with the support of the School of Medicine and University Department of Health Studies.  The University of Split will purchase COVID-19 testing equipment to be prepared for this semester and to keep our educational process safe''- concluded Rector of the University of Split, Prof. Dragan Ljutić, PhD.
