Welcome day for incoming students

On Thursday, October 1, 2020, the International Relations Office held a Welcome Day for foreign exchange students in the winter semester of the academic year 2020/2021.
The welcome day was held outdoors, in the lobby of the Three Faculties building, in compliance with the recommended epidemiological measures.

After the introductory speech by the Head of the International Relations Office, Ana Ćosić, doc. prim. Anamarija Jurčev Savičević PhD, an epidemiologist from the Teaching Institute of Public Health for the Split-Dalmatia County, gave the students detailed information on health-related behavior and support during their stay in Split.
Marina Matković, an expert associate in the Office, presented the students with all University’s activities for incoming students and gave them basic information related to their studies and everyday life in Split.

On this occasion, the International Relations Office hosted their colleagues from the "SEA EU" project. Nina Dujmović, the expert associate for mobility, presented the students with possibilities of international exchange and study within the "SEA-EU" project.

Representatives of the ESN (Erasmus Student Network), which have been for many years providing support to incoming students, in cooperation with the International Relations Office, presented all activities that will take place for foreign students, such as excursions, thematic events, and socializing, aimed at their full integration into student life and the community.
