Delegation from University of Gdansk visited University of Split

The delegation from the University of Gdansk, consisting of two vice-rectors, prof. Anne Jurkowska – Zeidler Ph.D. (vice-rector for internationalization) and prof. Arnold Klonczynski Ph.D. (vice-rector for students and quality of education), heads of four faculties, prof. Beata Grobelna Ph.D., Faculty of Chemistry’s dean, prof. Ewelina Król Ph.D., Faculty of Biotechnology’s dean, prof. Arkadiusz Jonick Ph.D., Faculty of History’s dean, prof. Michał Harciarek Ph.D., Faculty of Social Sciences’ dean and Natalia Lubinska, University of Gdansk SEA-EU project’s technical manager, visited the University of Split November 21 to 23.

November 22, a meeting was held at University of Split Rector’s Office with the Rector, prof. Dragan Ljutić Ph.D., vice-rectors prof. Zoran Đogaš Ph.D. and prof. Igor Jerković Ph.D., Head of Rector's Office Ivana Pletković, Head of the Department for Financial Operations and Accounting Jelena Hrga, and Ivana Jadrić Ph.D., University of Split’s SEA-EU Alliance technical manager.

This visit was organized with the aim of strengthening ties and improving cooperation on many projects in the European University of the Sea Alliance, both of these two universities being its members. In this context, several meetings took place during the delegation’s stay. Apart from University of Split’s management, the delegation also met with the Faculty of Chemistry and Technology’s dean, prof. Matko Erceg Ph.D. and the Faculty of Humanities’ dean, prof. Gloria Vickov Ph.D.
