Erasmus Days event at the University of Split

Erasmus Days, the annual celebration of Erasmus+, the largest EU program for education, training, youth and sports, are taking place this year October 15-17.

The University of Split prepared a rich program of celebration, and Erasmus will be promoted via video materials presenting Erasmus mobility. During Erasmus week, one video at a time will be shared and joint video materials published at the week’s end.

On October 15, 2020, Erasmus opportunities will be presented and a stand set up in front of the entrance to the Student Dormitory "Dr. Franjo Tuđman ” on Campus, 12-2 p.m. 

If you were wondering what the Erasmus program is, how to realize mobility, where can you apply, how high is the financial support, for how long can you use Erasmus, what is SEA-EU and what are European universities – come and see us at the Erasmus stand.
On October 16, a series of online lectures will be held for scientists, researchers, as well as the University's employees and students. At the event "Erasmus Key Activity 2 opportunities on the example of strategic partnerships", 12-12.30, Tonka Petričević from the Projects Office, will present possibilities of participation in Erasmus+ projects under KA2, with an emphasis on Strategic Partnerships. 

The Department for International Cooperation will present Erasmus+ KA 103 application opportunities for staff, 12.30-1 pm, and Erasmus+ KA 103 opportunities for students, 1-1.30 pm. The SEA-EU office will present opportunities for students and staff within this alliance, 1.30-2 pm. Finally, 2-2.30 pm, we will take a Virtual Tour of our university: “Come to Split” intended for everyone who has thought about realizing mobility in Split, but has not yet decided to do so.

International partners in the fields of education, higher, adult, vocational education and training, youth and sports have been celebrating Erasmus Days for three years now, informing users, participants, institutions, organizations, associations, networks and initiatives, but also the general public about results of numerous good practice projects, opportunities for involvement and offer inspiration for participation in the Erasmus+ program. 
In 2019, the event lasted for three days and brought together participants in as many as 3995 events in 53 countries. Erasmus Days were held for the first time in 2017, at the initiative of the French National Agency for Erasmus+.
