Liberato Association's round table "What comes after education?"

Marking the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, the student association Liberato, in cooperation with University of Split, the Split-Dalmatia County and the European Parliament’s Office in Croatia, organized the round table "What comes after education?" in SPINIT Technology Park.

The panelists were Željana Zovko, a member of Parliament, Stipo Margić, president of Liberato, Marina Vlaić, senior expert advisor at the Center for Professional Rehabilitation Split, Maja Karaman Grbavac, advisor to the ombudsman for persons with disabilities, Ivan Bogdanović, head of University of Split’s Office for Students with Disabilities, Denis Marijon, president of Croatian Associations for Youth and Students with Disabilities (SUMSI), and Jerko Šarić, University of Split Student Union’s president.

Participants were greeted by prof. Nikola Koceić-Bilan Ph.D., University of Split’s Vice-rector for Students, Teaching and Business, Stipe Čogelja, Split-Dalmatia Deputy Prefect, and Tihana Maglica, Head of City of Split’s Department for Social and Health Care.

Last year's round table organized by the Liberato Association dealt with education and representation of people with disabilities in higher education, while this year they went a step further - what to do after university?
