With the aim of constantly improving study programs, an interesting panel discussion took place with employers of the dynamic IT sector.

Those present were greeted by the deputy head for teaching and international cooperation, Goran Ćorluka Ph.D., especially thanking the panellists, representatives of employers, and then Head of Computing Department, Karmen Klarin M.Sc. moderated the discussion.

The following panellists and Department’s partners presented their experiences and valuable advice to students: Marija Mrđen, FINA, Mladen Banović, Maurer Electronics, Stipe Katušić, King ICT, Ljubo Mamić, IOLAP and Branko Radić, SmartNet.

The panellists emphasized the importance of internships that introduce students to using today's technologies and helps in profiling for employment; they also referred to teamwork that is necessary in developing program solutions, which provides employees with the opportunity for personal development exchanging knowledge and skills in teams.
