Academic sailing club Universitas in cooperation with partners is organizing Students & Yachting open days - a meeting of students and professionals from the yachting industry, a panel discussion and job fair at the yacht charter.

The panel will discuss:

• Why jobs in the yacht center are BEST student jobs?

• What professional careers the industry offers?

• Are we aware of the size, strength, reach and perspective of yachting industry in the Adriatic?

• How University of Split responds to market needs?

• The importance of sports and recreational sailing for the nautical industry

There will be Yachting Job Fair in Faculty of Science’s hall, from 12 to 3 p.m. The fair brings largest charter companies on the Adriatic, which will present their needs, as well as the conditions and benefits of working in that industry, to all interested parties.

Luckiest participants will have the opportunity to experience regatta sailing and yachting first hand already on March 25 and 26, because Students & Yachting Open Days provided a sailboat, entry fee and a skipper for participating in the 2nd Humanitarian Croatian Skippers Regatta for 10 students.
