University of Split continues with green spaces landscaping at the Campus

The second phase of landscaping on University of Split Campus is progressing full steam ahead. It is a continuation of works being done on making the environment more beautiful, so that the outdoors would be even more tidy and accessible for the University’s students and employees.

Currently, works are being done near the University Library bridge, where the plan is to green the land and landscape the piece of land where olive trees have already been planted, for which, as well as for the lawn done last spring, an automatic irrigation system will be provided.

In addition to that, landscaping the park in the upper part of the Campus will resume by adding new seedlings. Parts of green spaces surrounding the University Library are finished, so the sculptures of leading figures in Croatian arts and science now have appropriate locations. On a related note, the firm “Jadro” is again in charge of works and constructions.
