We invite all students, SEA-EU Alliance employees and Blue-connect 2.0 project partners to participate in this year’s SEA-EU photo contest, themed “Science is fun”!
Participants can submit one (1) original photo, taken during European Researchers’ Night 2025.
The photo must be previously unpublished, unexhibited and taken by the person applying for the contest.
Best photos will be selected by an international jury composed of representatives of all SEA-EU universities and Blue-connect 2.0 project partners.
Up to 20 best photos will be anonymously published on official SEA-EU and Blue-connect 2.0 Instagram profiles and the final winner will be the one with most likes.
The winner will get a travel voucher worth EUR 800, and selected photos will be exhibited in Split, on 20 and 21 January 2026, as part of Science Comes to Town project’s opening ceremony.
Application deadline: September 26 - October 1, 2025 (until 23:59 CET)
Selection and voting period: October 2-15, 2025
Winner to be announced: October 20, 2025
Exhibition: Split, January 20 - 21, 2026
