The 20th European Scientific Conference of the European Society for the Study of Science and Theology will take place August 28 - September 1, at University of Split’s Faculty of Science.
The academic study of science and religion has been since its very beginning (around the 1960s) dominated by theological, historical and philosophical approaches while in recent decades other disciplinary perspectives, especially anthropology, psychology and social sciences, have emerged in this context. Other approaches from arts and humanities, such as literary criticism and textual studies, yet remain to be explored.
