High North Dialogue (HND) academy is a one-week seminar for young ambitious individuals, aged 18-40, with special interest in Arctic communities.
Entire program runs from April 20 to 24, 2026, and will take place in Bodø, northern Norway. The intensive program includes lectures, visits to companies, and social activities throughout the week, including the High North Dialogue conference (April 22-23). Academy’s participants will have the opportunity to learn about scenario planning methodology, a strategic tool used for predicting future changes.
We are pleased to announce that three spots are reserved for participants who apply via SEA-EU Alliance! All expenses: accommodation, food, and conference tickets are covered. Travel to and from Bodø, as well as to and from the airport, must be financed with other means. PhD students may also apply for their home institution’s Erasmus mobility travel costs’ funding, according to details specified in the call.
We invite students, researchers and young professionals aged 18-40 with documented interest in the Arctic—whether through study, work or other activities—to apply.

In your application, kindly indicate can you cover part of cost from other funding. This information will help us determine can we finance more than three SEA-EU Alliance participants.
