The project also involves scientists from the Department of Professional Studies, Senka Borovac Zekan Ph.D., Antonija Roje Ph.D. and Dorota Molek-Winiarska Ph.D. from University of Economics in Wrocław, confirming Department’s active involvement in international scientific research activities.

Project’s aim is to develop and empirically test a process model for managing employee experience and well-being. Particular emphasis is placed on analysing organizational and contextual factors that influence planning, implementation and evaluation of these initiatives.

The research will include extensive survey data collection among human resources professionals in all nine participating countries. Obtained results will contribute to developing scientific publications, teaching materials and practical recommendations for organizations.
