University of Kiel is launching an international online seminar on Global Citizenship, within the SEA-EU alliance, once again. The program carries 1 ECTS credit and is designed for students who wish to develop global competencies and intercultural skills.
Key information:
• Duration: October 2025 - March 2026
• Format: online (90% indipendant learning + 10% online meetings with mentors)
• Language: English (minimum B2 level)
• Participants: undergraduate students from all SEA-EU partner universities (application also possible for master's students with prior credit recognition)
• Participation: free of charge
• Number of participants: up to 60
What to expect?
• Topics: globalization, sustainable development, intercultural communication, cultural intelligence
• Interactive content: videos, forums, quizzes, reflective essays
• Final evaluation via online portfolio (no traditional grading; pass/fail)
