In order to support student entrepreneurial ideas, HAZ Split is organizing a series of lectures this spring

Encouraging students to be more engaged in realizing entrepreneurial ideas, overcoming fear when expressing their ideas, desires for networking and interdisciplinarity, are only part of what the Split branch of HAZ (Croatian Academic Community), student and academic association that promotes the development of higher education and nurtures cultural heritage will focus on in its future work.

Leonardo Pavlović, graduate student of the Faculty of Chemical Technology, was elected president of the Split branch last year, and apart from him, leadership also includes vice-president Petar Mikelić from FESB, vice-president Rubina Kapić from and secretary Karmen Periša from KTF.

- In order to show them how to get from idea to product, we organized a lecture for all students of our University, where KTF students Natalija Bulaš, Karmen Periša and Anita Pitarević will present the entire project application procedure, from ways of applying, financing and the like, using the example of producing the beer "Brucošica" (freshman student) - Pavlović revealed. The lecture will take place on Wednesday, March 29, at 2 p.m. in F402 hall of Split’s Faculty of Chemistry and Technology.

- Diversity of people in our community gives us a special dimension, and we invite all students who want to get involved to join us - Leonardo Pavlović said. For membership, you need to send a completed application form to splithaz@gmail.com.
