The panel discussion, organized in cooperation with BlockSplit, successfully took place on May 27, 2024.
Some thirty interested participants filled the Kampus restaurant’s VIP lounge, taking part in a dynamic and informative discussion.
Moderated by prof. Maja Ćukušić, Split Faculty of Economics’ Vice Dean for Science and International Cooperation, the panelists opened up a number of key topics related to future of decentralized science and stimulated a lively discussion among those present. Participants were actively involved, asking questions and sharing their own experiences, which only aded to the discussion.
Four prominent scientists, Friederike Kleinfercher, Leonie Raijmakers, Tomaso Aste and Boris Nachtsheim, shared their thoughts and views on challenges and opportunities the future of publishing scientific papers brings and potential of Web3 transformation in research and academia.
This event provided a platform for exchange of ideas and stimulated a constructive debate on future of science in the digital age.
