Department of International and Interuniversity Cooperation participates in series of webinars on Strategic Staff Mobility Training for Higher Education Leaders.
The webinars’ main idea is to enable participating institutions to more effectively leverage staff mobilities in their strategic roles within the European Higher Education Area, thereby addressing several goals: increasing effectiveness, relevance, and quality of staff mobility; enhancing staff’s engagement in transnational cooperation and innovation (for example, within European University Aalliance); ultimately increasing student participation in mobilities while improving its quality; as teaching and administrative staff with direct experience in mobility can not only motivate students to participate in it, but also provide support in various stages of the process.
