University of Split’s Department of Professional Studies hosted the third Professional Week, from March 9 to 13, 2026. This is an event that connects students, teachers, alumni, representatives of the economy and institutions, through a series of professional events. The program "From Knowledge to Profession: Careers, Entrepreneurship and Social Responsibility" once again confirmed the importance of cooperation between the academic community and business sector, providing students with direct insight into modern labor market demands.
Over the course of five days, panels, workshops, round tables, guest lectures and meetings with employers took place, in which students had the opportunity to develop professional competencies, learn about different career paths and make valuable contacts with profession’s representatives.
The third Professional Week once again confirmed the importance of connecting academic knowledge, profession and economy. It thus reaffirmed itself as an important platform for dialogue between education and practice, and as an event that encourages students to actively engage in the professional community and modern labor market.
