University of Split, as project partner, is part of Erasmus+ project ESG4PMChange (ESG Imperative for World of Project Management: Alliance for Developing and Empowering Changemakers) - an initiative aimed at integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into education and training for project management, emphasizing a key shift towards sustainable business practices across Europe and beyond.

This initiative represents a collective effort of a broad partnership between European higher education institutions, vocational education and training providers, PM2 Alliance, and business actors to respond to the growing demand for ESG-oriented competencies.

The ESG4PMChange project offers innovative approaches, through the developing an ESG competence framework for project managers, launching Mass Open Online Courses (MOOCs) and Open Educational Resources (OER) that provide comprehensive training on ESG principles, establishing Living Labs that offer space for practical application and gaining real experience, as well as introducing micro-credentials for certifying skills in ESG project management.

The project runs from November 2024 to October 2027, with a total value of €1,547,631.95, of which €1,238,105.56 co-financed by the European Union.
