The University of Cádiz (UCA) is organizing a Staff Week entitled "Empowering International Researchers through European Funding Opportunities", which will take place May 19-21, 2026.
Target group
The program is intended for postdocs in all career stages (junior and senior researchers) interested in applying for individual European projects, especially ERC and Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA), aiming to strengthen their international profiles and increase success in securing EU funding.
Also, experienced researchers who wish to develop international research networks are invited, especially through the inclusion of PhD students in MSCA - Doctoral Networks projects.
Although the program is primarily intended for researchers, employees of the office for European and international projects supporting applications with Horizon Europe program can also participate (if duly justified), but candidates who meet the scientific criteria are given priority.
Conditions of participation
• completed doctoral studies (not applicable for administrative/technical staff)
• knowledge of English, at least B2
Interested candidates should first contact the SEA-EU office via e-mail seaeu@unist.hr, after which there will be an internal selection and the list of selected candidates forwarded to host institution.
Mobility is implemented through the Erasmus+ program
