On the feast of Saint Lucy, December 13th, Split Riva hosted the largest and oldest humanitarian-donation campaign in Split. In the 25th humanitarian action "A di si ti?!"- organized annually by the MoSt Association in cooperation with the local community and institutions - citizens, students, and volunteers showed that when community comes together, kindness knows no borders.
More than 583 volunteers of all ages participated in organizing and implementing this campaign, setting an absolute record in this event’s history.
At the stands, students, high school pupils, associations, craftsmen, volunteers, and numerous citizens took turns, all with the same goal: raising funds for users of MoSt Association's Homeless Centre and improving conditions of their work and support.
At the end of the day, MoSt announced an impressive result: a total of € 37,754.19 was collected, setting a new record in this event’s history and confirming great solidarity of Split and nearby areas. This amount exceeds all previous figures and will enable significant support for those who need it the most—homeless and vulnerable persons.
University for MoSt
Among many stands of various associations and institutions from Split and the surrounding area, there was also one by University of Split, a long time participant and supporter of the campaign.
"University of Split has been participating in the humanitarian action 'A di si ti?!' organized by MoSt Association. It is always a great pleasure for us to be here. Response is usually quite large, and we are satisfied with donated amount, as well as with the opportunity for our staff to participate in this humanitarian event, " said Antonija Žaja Čičak, head of University’s Public Relations.
