The University of Split is for the first time participating at APAIE education fair, taking place February 23-27 in Hong Kong. Along with 11 other Croatian higher education institutions, the University of Split showcased itself at a joint stand, within Study in Croatia initiative, led by Agency for Mobility and EU Programs, with the support of Ministry of Science, Education and Youth, whose representatives also participated. The fair brought together over 2,500 participants, from more than 500 institutions, from over 65 countries/regions, making it the largest education fair in Asia.
Representing University of Split were Prof. Zoran Đogaš Ph.D., Vice Rector for International Cooperation and Cooperation with Local Community, and Ana Ćosić, Head of Department for International Cooperation. We used the excellent opportunity to promote University of Split and its faculties, broaden contacts for international cooperation, as well as deepen existing ones holding intensive meetings with partners. This event also served as a platform to raise visibility and attractiveness of higher education in Croatia within the European Higher Education Area.
