Welcome day at University of Split

On Tuesday, February 20, 2024, there was Welcome Day for foreign exchange students in the summer semester of the academic year 2023/2024, organized by University of Split’s Department for International and Interuniversity Cooperation.

Welcome day took place in the University Department of Professional Studies’ Amphitheatre.

Practical information related to the study and everyday life in Split was shared by expert associate for academic mobility, Josipa Bartulović.

Representative of the UniSport alliance, Mr. Ivan Tustonjić, gave a presentation on sports activities available to students.

Vice-president of ESN Split association, Danijela Bilonić, presented all activities organized for foreign students with the aim of enabling their connections and complete integration into student life and the academic community.

At the beginning of this academic year, University of Split hosted over 160 new foreign students from 33 countries. We also have exchange students from Georgia, Kosovo, Argentina, Indonesia, Australia, Jordan and many others.

After presentations, including one of University of Split, students were offered refreshments.
