Minimum application requirements for student mobility at the University of Split
- Erasmus+ Application Form for Student Mobility
- Application form for the additional financial support for inclusion
- CV Europass
- Transcript of Records verified from the Home University, translated into English, with clear grading system explanation
- Motivation letter in English
- Proof of English language proficiency (Certificate of language schools or transcript of records or certificate of high school)
- Learning Agreement signed by the home institution and Guidelines
- Consent form to publish personal data
- Mobility Flow Plan for Incoming Students
All application documents need to be prepared in English language and need to be typed (not hand-written). Complete applications shall be scanned / converted into one .pdf document and sent electronically to the address: erasmus@unist.hr
